I had the most amazing experience in one of the worst time's of my life. Dr Smith is an amazing doctor with the best best side manner. The staff are also extremely polite and make sure you are comfortable and happy.
I’m am so annoyed at the amount of money we have given to these useless, rude and incompetent staff. I have been over 10 times so it was not an isolated incident, had multiple problems with multiple appointments. They have called to cancel for dumb reasons numerous times. Once I got charged a much higher consult rate than normal because apparently my service was classified as ‘surgical’ and no one told me even after asking if there would be any extra fees for the appointment. We thought because he was already in the area it would be an easy transition...nope. It was a 600.00 transition. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE! Even their building is falling down! And we had to pay $5 to park and $45 for consultation fees. This place is a scam and taking advantage of their patients. They pitch themselves as a middle priced doctor so don’t fall for it. They are NOT worth it. DO NOT GO HERE!

The doctors and staff here are absolutely amazing! So caring and attentive. They make sure you have the best care possible. Highly recommend!
This place is a complete joke. They forgot to make my referral to another doctor an no one called back to let me know. I had to call and book my own appointment. This is unacceptable. The staff speak poorly of the doctors. I can hear them when I walk out. They look miserable here. I don't know why people continue to come here. Dr. Thomas is Definitely not worth it. Try somewhere else.
This place is horrible! Rude staff who do not communicate with one another or with the customers. Totally unprofessional. I would never go back! Do not waste your time with this place.

The doctors here are great! Very knowledgeable and caring. I felt like they really listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The doctor was dismissive of my concerns and did not take the time to listen to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I have been coming to this clinic for years and have always had a positive experience. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel like I am in good hands when I come here. Highly recommend!
