They are more than happy to take your premiums but when it comes to actually paying out, they make every excuse possible. Stay away from them!
NFIB is the worst insurance broker I have ever dealt with. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to paying out claims, they do everything in their power to deny them. I had a legitimate claim for personal injury and they refused to cover it. Their excuse was that it wasn't covered under my policy, even though it clearly was. Do not trust this company!
