I am appalled at my experience with this place. As an interstate traveller who is travelling with a friend in 2 motorhomes, I got the rudest remarks thrown at me from the top floor of this building by two rude men. My van was booked in to stay for a week. The host informed me that he had spoken to me on the phone about not being able to book in. I did not have any phone reception until I called him 30km before I arrived. There were no facilities for pets as per the description on their advertisement. They advertise that they take dogs. They did not tell me that I could not bring them. The host accused me of bringing two dogs. I would not choose to stay in this place on a bet. The place was disgusting. Animals and insects in the room. The place smelled like an animal farm. Pet hair from previous occupants. The shower was so full of hair I had to lean over and clean it out. I nearly vomited. I had not stayed one night. I am filing papers to get refunded.

My van was already booked in for a week but they were incredibly unwelcoming and made derogatory remarks. I am filing a complaint and hoping for a refund.
