She is a wealth of information and continues to provide great support to my children and I. I am very blessed to have access to such an amazing service. The ladies at the front (Mel and Tilly) are kind and caring and let you know they care.
Dr Anna Worth is judgmental and shows a lack of empathy. She is not equipped to deal with patients who have a low income and makes them feel excluded. The Practice Manager, Melissa Firth, is also unhelpful and does not provide proper support.
Very positive experience. Dr Mel is knowledgeable and caring, providing excellent support to my child. The staff at the practice are warm and welcoming, making you feel comfortable and at ease. The facilities are well-maintained and the ambiance is calm and inviting.
