I've had my car serviced here a few times and everytime they have assisted me appropriately and done a great job. Recently, I realised I had a fault with my GTI. Took it in for a diagnostic and they promptly notified me of the issue and have already arranged for the part to be ordered under warranty. Thank you very much!

Completely indifferent attitude from service staff. Cold, unsympathetic & totally unwilling to accept responsibility for providing poor quality advice. I won't take my car back, nor buy another one from the dealership, I'll use another VW outlet.
