I went today to get my nails done and the staff there were so kind, polite and welcoming. They spent lots of time making my design amazing and also fixed little mistakes like bumps on my nail. 10/10 definitely recommend going there. Thank you so much to the team at Moonlight nails.
The worst customer service, the new owner is the rudest person & so is the manager who does not deserve continuous business. Making a staff member speak on their behalf to save face - even though they can speak very good English! Turning …
Started coming here since March this year. Been with the one nail technician for 20 more years in Belgrave. Very happy and so far always good service. I do get sns and Nails’s last for 4 weeks. Thanku for ur on going service.

Turning customers away, yelling at customers...by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Never going there again.
