I can not speak highly enough of the lovely lady and gentleman that helped me out today. Their customer service was just brilliant. Faultless !!! And all I purchased was an $8 sheet of small tiles for a small dolls house. Well done to you both - Julie

On completion of the unit the new tiles had various marks/stains on them so we were extremely disappointed. Manager Mike organized for the tiles to be replaced about a week later and even had the original tilers fix some grout lines. We were so grateful for the exceptional customer service and the after sales support to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. The tiles look amazing now, and we couldn't be happier.
