Im rating it a 1 because I live in Mandurah Wa and I could not get my money from there or Rockingham city or Perth I had to do a bus and train ride down to Fremantle which took 2 hours just to get there and 2hours coming back. By the way I did enjoy my bus and train trip just the inconvenience of having to travel so far.

Customer service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting and were not knowledgeable about the money order service. It was a frustrating experience.
I found the MoneyGram service to be quite expensive. The fees charged for sending and receiving money were much higher compared to other services. Not worth the price.
The ambiance and decor of the MoneyGram location was average. It didn't have a welcoming atmosphere and the overall appearance was lacking.
