While most of the staff and helpers were nice and welcoming there were a number of people who were rude and dismissive. I was trying on the shoes and a middle aged woman came up to us and started telling us that we were too young to wear them and they were not appropriate for our age group. She went on to say that we should stick to more age-appropriate styles. This was incredibly rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. The rest of the staff seemed indifferent to her behavior.

My experience at Mission Shop Youngtown Thrift store was not the best. While some staff members were helpful and kind, there were a few who were rude and dismissive. It's disappointing that a thrift store, which is supposed to be a welcoming and inclusive space, had such behavior from some of its staff. I hope they address this issue and improve their customer service.

I had a great experience shopping at Mission Shop Youngtown Thrift store. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. The store had a good variety of items, and I was able to find some unique pieces. I would definitely recommend this thrift store to others.
