Never use this business. Paid full price for missing parts after someone smashed my side mirror. Brett was amazing on first call and new all the parts I needed (I had a list from dealership as well) recieved package and warning light was on, not part of the items (not even sure the parts are new) and side mirror auto fold button broke. After countles emails and voicemails being ignored, I called the 1300 and they said they are understaffed due to covid. They said to mail the items back and they will test to see if they are okay, so why did I install the items if they were expecting them back (if I had been sent a warning that you had doubt in the item I would not have installed them) they gave me the wrong address (what a suprise) a week later, still countless emails and voicemails being ignored (the only reason I had the address was because a new business is now located at the location I googled) the next person I spoke to did nothing to help with my problems.Then there was an email asking for feedback which I responded to asking for a refund in the form of a voucher, it's been more than 2 weeks not even a reply.

As others have said, I wish I read the reviews. Lucky for me I had another car to utilise while I had my car without mirrors for weeks. Extremely unresponsive and irresponsible customer service. In short after them screwing up the order I had to wait over several weeks to receive the correct mirror (Before they sent the wrong one they closed early one morning so I lost some of my leave for nothing because I'm in a remote town) and separate order to get the cover for the mirror which cost a fortune. Brett told us he was going to cover the postage for our major inconvenience but when the package arrived, I had to pay the courier guy money. I got the cover for the mirror, installed it and 2 weeks later it fell off because it wasn't glued properly. They told us that they would send us an extra glue stick in case u need to stick it again but no extra thing included in the box. We also had to install the side mirror because there was no power cable in the box, just the glass. Brett said his superior told him to tell us to take it to Hyundai because he doesn't think it will b covered by warranty so I just wasted countless time an so much money on the side mirror what was just standing in my garage for weeks.
