Purchased tools, had a redemption offer for battery. Made the redemption, 6 weeks later still no battery. Apparently the battery is with Australia Post and Milwaukee don't want to fix the problem. Milwaukee tell me that it is up to me to chase it up. Will be taking this up with Fair Trading.
I had an impact driver drill fail after 3 months and their solution was to take it off me for 3 weeks to try and repair it rather than just give me a replacement so I'm not down a tool for work, spoke to the rep who didn't seem interested. …
