I understand that they store credit card information on a hand written card in their office. Very poor handling of sensitive information. Also their workshop manager, Michael Campion has no formal technical qualifications as far as completing an apprenticeship.
Very good staff, everyone helped me out a lot. Presentation is also very nice. Would recemend to anyone who has issues with radios and other stuff. 10/10 customer service.

I had a terrible experience with Miles Electronics Satellite communication service.
