Cannot express how satisfied I am with their services, how grateful I am for them, and how appreciative I am to finally have someone in our corner.
Completely disgusted by the treatment of this advocacy service. I had been referred to them by the Disability Gateway, being a abuse survivor with PTSD I went to ask for some simple advice on Tenancy Law. I was confronted by a rude woman who wouldn't even listen to me, and brushed me off as though I was worthless. I left the office in tears and will never go back.
