Midland Nursing Home reviews
Whilst the global pandemic threw quite a spanner in the works and caused some issues over the last few years, I believe they did their very best under trying conditions. They showed such kindness and compassion for my mum (and myself) …
The executive manager was atrociously rude during phone conversation regarding my job application. Shame on you being a superior you should learn to provide a good customer service skills in the first place and give space for other person to talk instead dominating the entire conversation rudely.
I’ve had students on placement at this facility and couldn’t fault them, the staff are so lovely and friendly and how they care for the residents is lovely too. Its such a nice warm and welcoming environment
