Online servicing, not too bad. Could be a little bit better but they still have to deal with customers like normal businesses. It’s probably better to go and see them in person but if not and you really want to ask a question you kinda have to call them to get an answer which is why I’m leaving for stars today
At Box Hill has convenient off street parking for about 5 cars outside the shop. Reasonable range of products for many hobbies, but on the smallish side, has a larger Melbourne store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Online works well, and they reply to enquiries quickly.
