The Green waste area is large and well managed/tidy. I've never had to wait in line more than 1 vehicle. The staff are very pleasant and helpful e.g. gave me very detailed directions and instructions on how to dispose of my used motor oil correctly.
The staff is very polite, they explain everything to you. Easy and accessible.
There is no excuse for abuse, accept for some of the staff dishing it out on a regular basis. So unnecessary rude and verbally abusive. It is not needed and reflects badly on the other good staff that are polite and friendly.
