Yes, unfortunately administration here is quite bad. We've had to wait long times on hold and even when our pharmacist has tried to call to discuss medication contraindications they can't get through. They say to email things through and they will get back to you in 24hrs. That sometimes happens but more often than not it doesn't.
We see Dr Rick Jarman and he is fantastic with my son. Really thorough and kind. I feel he has always gone above and beyond to take care of us and has relieved a lot of anxiety we had from previous bad experiences with other paeds.
