Being with Medibank for long, this time I felt they deserve 1 star for the service. Been waiting for so long, only 1 person 'working', while she's only speaking to her Chinese friend, not discussing anything related to work! It looked like a lunch break to me. Time: Wednesday 25th at 2.30pm.
i feel so bad to give them even 1 star.. i have submitted all my bills to them and i didnt get any money..if you don't know how to do your job properly then ,let other do it...too much disappointed.. so rude and unfriendly staffs aswell
I went to there but there staff was very rude. And there treat to customer behavior was terrible. I think need to staff training. So disappointed. That's it
