The Madabank branch in Macquarie Center Sydney has very bad customer service and the employees have no knowledge of the products.
Went to north ryde Macquarie Centre for my claim. It was same like before.. long queue but there was a girl named Diljiot if I calling her name correctly helped me to made it quicker. She said she is a trainee but she went above and beyond to help me and others. Highly recommend for great customer service. Thank you north ryde store
I've been a member for many years with top cover and few claims. This recent failure of management with regards to cyber security is unforgivable. No email updates tells me they just don't care. It will all blow over. DO NOT TRUST this company with your most personal details.

The service at the North Ryde branch was terrible. The staff had no knowledge of the products and the customer service was very poor.
I had to visit the North Ryde branch to make a claim and the experience was similar to previous visits. The queue was long, but a trainee named Diljiot helped me and others to speed things up. She provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend her.
