I had tonnes of questions and Mina, the Assistant Manager, answered them all with patience and professionalism until we decided to choose one program and upgrade to it ! On 6 Sep 2022 we bought travel insurance at Medibank Castle Hill for AUD 686.80 and by mistake the staff charged our credit card twice and the staff had promised that the refund will be credited back within few weeks but until now no refund yet. The travel insurance is for LUKITANINGSIH LUKITA
