No office stand and wait for 1jour , very bad experience. I was waiting and the lady said other window was open, so when I move to other window, I am still not first at the line . Staff very slow, one person can be consulted for over one hour , not effective .
Wonderful service from well-informed staff. Even though I didn’t have the right documentation, the staff helped me through my claims request and processed it for me. Good to have this Medibank in the Liverpool area, although an indoor seating/waiting area would greatly improve customer experience
