Toilets clogged and in disrepair, food took 20 mins, my coffee was never made despite paying for it. Honestly a homeless shelter would be better for cleanliness, promptness and actual food service.

Argued and showed them the transaction for the meals on my banking app, still had to go park and go inside. Then waited inside for 20+ minutes before my food was ready. The customer service was terrible and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.
