I want to express my gratitude to one of their agents Justin who is helpful, friendly and professional. His customer service skills are exceeding. Five stars for his customer skills. In terms of Mate NBN, I have a couple of problems such as drop outs and slow speed. Hopefully these will be resolved over time.
