Tryed to see if they had a product in stock I wanted to buy was passed from phone to phone until they finally hung up on me when I returned the call they tryed to make me repeated myself Bsb bad customer service
The girl on the checkout at the front of the store was friendly and helpful. That was the only good thing about this store. The rest of the staff I encountered could take some lessons in customer service from her. They were dismissive and appeared completely disinterested in assisting me.
The dear lady that serves me at the back counter is always helpful and friendly. They have a good range and I enjoy browsing. However, their loyalty program has some issues as I had to go in-store to sort things out after signing up online.
I called to check if they had a product in stock but was passed from phone to phone until they hung up on me. When I called back, they made me repeat myself and the customer service was poor. Bad experience.
