Everything was so easy from first contact, Taylor was great giving me options and so willing to send samples (multiple times). Then we had Frank who came out to do the check measure and he was fantastic!!! We had an all in one Zip Tap to go with our bench tops as well which they cut out a space for and was fitted perfectly!!! Installation day and the boys were no fuss and did a great job as well!! The best bit was the relief of Elizabeth saying that once we were happy with it finished and all the gas fitters etc had been through the only then would she take to be paid, it was nice not having to outlay any money until the job was done :-) I love our new bench tops, in fact I think we could have bought a few more stones to use as feature walls around the house!!

Elizabeth was super responsive and they were also happy to come out a couple of times to check on the measurements. The benchtop was installed yesterday and the result is great. Frank and the installer did a fabulous job. We were also advised to wet the stone for it to look at it's best once installed. Again very happy with the whole experience.
I cannot recommend Made in Stone highly enough, from beginning to end I was met with excellent professionalism and customer service. My experience started with Elizabeth, then Frank and finally the installer, their knowledge is excellent, their finish is amazing and their price is competitive; I struggled to get quotes from some other companies as their customer service and response to queries was non-existent which made me feel as though my business wasn’t important to them. I will only use Made in Stone going forward; their product range is brilliant and the ability to get whatever you want is what sets them apart.
We ordered two large long slabs of Silestone Blanco Orion polished finish as well as two square remnants of the same stone with a Leather finish. We are thrilled with the results. Frank the person who came to measure was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as was Taylor who guided us through the stone selection process. The attention to detail paid by the installers, Kim and Alex, is unmatched as is their honesty, friendliness and work ethic. All in all a brilliant experience from start to finish. We are thrilled with the results.
