We attended recently with our daughter who had an acute abdomen- triaged efficiently, seen promptly and operated on expertly. All staff were superb. Can't help thinking that people who complain probably weren't sick enough to be in ED in the first place.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience.
