Spent two days working with Dan who is both knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He is a great teacher of skills and I was more than happy with the knives that were produced.
Dan has an extensive knowledge in blacksmithing and knife making. He was very meticulous and took the time to make sure we understood the process of making knives and producing a quality blade. I would highly recommend anyone to join one of Dans classes.
Highly recommended done the 2 days knife course with Dan. With no experience came out of it with a great chef's knife. Looking forward to doing the next course. Thanks again.
