This was an excellent experience (i had coffee over 3 days and a wrap to eat on one day). It really surprised me to have such good service at a convention centre cafe - all the staff were engaged and communicated very well. wish other businesses in perth could be this service oriented!
Called in with friends for a drink and a spot of lunch. Waited in line for approx 5 mins. When served ordered burger and chips. Waiting 15 mins asked how much longer was told 15 mins. Lady ordering at that time got her food 5 mins later. …
Waited over 20 minutes in line to be served for two coffee and a piece of cheese cake. Had to repeat my order 4 times to the person behind the till. There was no apologies for the wait even tho the cafe wasn’t overly busy at the time. The …

The staff at Liberty Cafe & Bar Cafe were very friendly and attentive. The service was excellent and the communication was great. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such good service at a convention center cafe. I wish more businesses in Perth could provide this level of service.
I visited Liberty Cafe & Bar Cafe with some friends for a drink and lunch. We waited in line for about 5 minutes before being served. I ordered a burger and chips and waited for about 15 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told 15 minutes. However, another customer who ordered after me received their food 5 minutes later.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Liberty Cafe & Bar Cafe. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to be served with just two coffee and a piece of cheese cake.
