We love our seafood however, we would have imagined, being close to the trawlers, it would have been fresh, but no. We found that most of the seafood was not fresh but frozen and thawed. We did buy some only to find all the seafood had the fresh water taste. We have tasted alot better, very disappointing.
Drove over from Rainbow Beach for some fresh Prawns & Oysters! To say ????% VERY disappointed is an understatement, oysters have a fowl after taste, Prawn choices were soft and broken $26+ kg (no flavour and all mushed) …
We bought 1kg of prawns yesterday great price and lovely flavour.
