Super pleasant experience with Amelia at Waurn Ponds! Laser isn’t the most fun experience but she made it as comfortable as possible, checking in to make sure I was ok. Can’t recommend enough
Come here often for laser hair removal treatments, facials and anti wrinkle injections. All the girls — from nurses to receptionists — are always so welcoming and warm, they fully explain the steps involved and keep you relaxed throughout. Recommend 10/10
I literally LOVE coming here, the girls at Waurn ponds are so nice and comforting, they are so educated and want the best for their clients and it shows, I’ve so far had 3 treatments for laser hair removal and I’ve had a different lady …

I drive from Melbourne just to come here because i know it will be worth it ❤️
I had my first laser hair treatment done at Waurn Ponds yesterday afternoon, as well as a check-in appointment with my nurse. I would highly recommend them. In both experiences I was greeted warmly by reception, was checked on by Amelia through my treatment which made me feel really comfortable, she explained the process and after-care very clearly and answered all of questions. I’m already confident in the treatment plan we have for me and excited about long term results. Thank you.
