The 5 stars are for Yumi. Professional and caring towards her clients. She is the gold standard. Reception staff can perhaps take her lead when dealing with clients. One young lady refused to give me a treatment l had paid for because of a document she thought l hadn't signed
I had Botox at this clinic and after the procedure had black eyes, one eye drooping and not opening and an eye infection which lead me to more than a few visits to the hospital the clinic refunded my money but said all Nurses that work …
