Had curtains installed 4 years ago. Discovered they are worn out & chalky - leaving dust everywhere. Called the store & was told it would cost $89 for someone to come out to take a look, even then it's out of warranty so I'd have to pay for new ones... Customer service was GREAT, product quality TERRIBLE!

Today was the second time i’ve used Kresta Aspley for curtains in my house. The first experience was pleasant and the product is excellent. Again today Sales Representative Emilian provided fantastic, polite service and was able to answer any question I had about the product I was ordering. Thank you Emilian and thank you Kresta!
