I purchase my hamper and party needs regularly from Koch. In my last purchase I received a candy jar with a chipped lid. I contacted Koch and sent them a photo asking what can be done about this problem. Koch promptly responded asking me what I would like as a replacement or if I would prefer a refund. They were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I am happy with their customer service.

I just LOVE Koch & Co! I accidentally stumbled across their website a couple of years ago and I've been buying from them ever since. I've recommended them highly to friends also and they've been amazed at the selection and the prices! There is always something new to discover at Koch and the quality of their products is top-notch. Discovered this place back in March - I bought a 15cm copper pot for $11.50 and 2 little pink pots for ~$4 each. It was so much fun to wander around all the aisles, especially since the prices are quite good for some items, and the selection is impressive. The staff at Koch & Co are friendly and helpful. The whole shopping experience was enjoyable and I am satisfied with the quality of the products I purchased.
