Once I advised we weren't continuing, we got no response. I found out later that they had changed their cancellation policy, so they did not return my payment either. My real issue is that I wasn't made aware of this beforehand or even when I said we weren't continuing lessons. I find their lack of communication unprofessional and rude. My 6 year old loved the lessons, just got too expensive for our budget and my 3 year old wasn't really progressing. I'm very disappointed in my overall experience.
My daughter loved her swim lessons with Jo at Kick n Paddle Swim Schools. However, the lessons are expensive and not affordable for our family at this time. We wish we could continue as our daughter was making progress and enjoying herself.
Great swim school! The instructors are friendly and patient. They truly care about the progress of each child. My son has grown so much in his swimming skills since starting at Kick n Paddle. Highly recommend!
We initially had a great experience at Kick n Paddle Swim Schools, but unfortunately, that changed. The instructors were fantastic and my kids were making progress in their swimming abilities. However, after a few months, we started having scheduling issues and the communication from the swim school was lacking. It became frustrating and we ultimately decided to find a different swim school.
