Just a quick review of my experience with Kathmandu Traralgon today, being my birthday Hilary a staff member went above and beyond to make it special when I was purchasing a new winter coat (first Kathmandu coat at age 29!). Hilary was so friendly and helpful, she made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. She helped me find the right size and style and even offered some great advice on how to care for the coat. Overall, my experience at Kathmandu Traralgon was excellent and Hilary's exceptional customer service made it even better.
