Went to Katmandu highpoint and saw a jacket I liked but they didn’t have my size, the sales associate called the Southland store as she could see they had it and asked them to transfer over to Highpoint for me to pick up (Southland is 1.30h away). I was told in no uncertain terms that it was an inconvenience for the Southland store to send it to me. I asked could I buy it and they send it to me up there and when I was told No I was then told to purchase over the phone and they would send it for a fee. These people are running as a clothing store, and yet cannot take a PayPal payment over the phone? That their “systems” are that out of date that this is an issue? Subscribe to 2023 Kathmandu! Peter you need to sort your stores out. Disgusting behaviour and lack of service being offered.
