I have done three click and collect orders now from the Blackburn store. I cannot speak more highly of their customer service. They’ve changed over my lid on my large water bottle after I smashed it the very next day. Also I have just returned two pairs of hiking boots because they were not as comfortable as I expected. They made sure I got the right size and I exchanged them for three pairs altogether. Forever grateful for the knowledge, the facts and the whole experience all of which is due to Maze and his team, from continued support to excellent with advice and choices. I highly recommend Kathmandu Blackburn.
