Kachori Tarkari was so good! Spicy dal with great crispy fried fluffy seasoned breads. Nice spicy flavoursome dal. One of the better value offerings in this food truck park at $12. My new favourite. FYI has yoghurt so not vegan but vegetarian but it is on the side.
