Kathryn Ash, literally walks you through every step of the way from conception of an idea to creating the building blocks and finishing the stage play to perfection. And I don’t use euphemisms. She really is the playwright’s playbook. If you want to become the playwright you couldn’t get off the ground before, she’ll be the match that sets you on fire.

I have not visited the JUTE Theatre in some years and am so glad I went tonight. It was a terrific theatre experience with outstanding performances by the four member cast of Sue Chamberlain's Queenslander. I feel that this superb local theatre is receiving inadequate support from the local audiences who I assume expect their taxpayer funds to subsidise a visit to Seaworld rather than an Ipswich theatre. Five members sitting behind me told me that they "didn't know about JUTE" but would definitely be back. A commitment to return made by so large a proportion of the audience does not lie. I can't help but wish for more success for JUTE.
