Accidentally ordered the e-text version of my Marketing text book and emailed Wiley Direct to request cancelling the order and changing to the print version. One of the Customer Service Managers (Ross), responded 10 minutes in to the email being sent and arranged for the order to be cancelled and organised the print textbook to be sent to me. Great service and very prompt with email responses.
