I had a good experience here. Yvonne was lovely and the process at reception was straightforward.
1 star is too much, I’ve got the misfortune of having to arrange a medical with these guys and they don’t do weekends, cancel arranged appointments, have barely any evening appointments and the lady I spoke to on the phone was the rudest most unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with.

I found the doctors and nurses to be friendly and professional. The process was quick and efficient. However, I had to wait longer than expected for my appointment and the facilities were a bit outdated.
