Well, I applied for registration on Wednesday and by the following Tuesday I had not heard anything, despite sending polite requests as to what was happening. I really needed a chip resetter urgently and wanted photo paper etc. I rang them and got the most helpful young man who by then realised the incompetence of the person who was dealing with my enquiry. He said he would personally attend to it and he did, so at least I now have a tracking number. Shame about the delay, but the young man was a gem.
