We went in here to find any good deals on the Boxing Day sale. We went inside and kindly greeted by the security guard. We were looking around and found a few items we were interested in. However, it was difficult to find staff to assist us. We had to search for someone to ask our questions. Eventually, we found a sales rep for Sony who was very helpful. They went around attending to customers and provided good advice. The overall experience was average due to the lack of available staff.
Visited both Earlville and Cairns Central. It was impossible to find staff to assist us in both stores. This was frustrating as we needed help with choosing the right products. The staff at Cairns Central were particularly unhelpful. However, the sales rep for Sony at central was way more helpful and attentive. They took the time to understand our needs and provided good recommendations. JB Hi-Fi needs to better train their staff to provide better customer service.
