I contacted the stockist, who have been prompt in their communication, and the stockist advised Jar Furniture of the issue. After weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to exchange the desk. The replacement desk arrived damaged as well. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of quality control and poor customer service
