I cannot recommend this as a place to skate, no matter if you are a beginner or experienced. It is advertised as a 'synthetic' ice skating rink, however, I have never experienced anything like it before. The surface is not smooth and feels quite sticky. The skates they provide are also not in the best condition. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The ice rink itself was overcrowded and the rental skates were uncomfortable and didn't fit properly.
