Really disappointed with the service. The supervisors were very rude and showed nepotism in rostering. They don't care about the guards and it seems like they only hire their friends for supervisory roles. It is also known that they party in the control rooms. Anyone can be a supervisor in ISEC, they just know how to use people and they feel proud of it.
I had a terrible experience with ISEC Security service. They were supposed to organize the event at Horden Pavilion for the Wallows concert, but they were completely useless. The staff was extremely rude and didn't know how to do their job. They were shouting at everyone and it was a chaotic mess. I would never recommend them.
I got detained by isec and it was a horrible experience. The staff was very rude and one of them even touched me inappropriately. I felt violated and unsafe. I would never want to go through that again. I would give them a 1-star rating and advise others to stay away from them.
The supervisors at ISEC Security service are terrible. They are rude and show favoritism in rostering. The guards are not taken care of and the supervisory roles seem to be filled with people wearing blazers. It is known that they party in the control rooms. Anyone can become a supervisor in ISEC, even idiots. They are very good at using people and they take pride in that.
