No communication leading up to my stay. I had to chase them less than 24 hours before my stay for information of how to enter the property. The house had no water on arrival and poor reception made this stressful to resolve. They were not helpful and we resolved it ourselves.The house was not to the luxury standard of the price paid.
Due to a snap Isolation to a 2nd round of positive C19 we had to cancel our short stay 3 days before arrival. Jeanette, can’t thank you enough for all your understanding and support around …
Highly recommend iRIS Property Group. We had booked an accommodation for a very wet weekend. They kept us informed on safety and bridge closures. Very much put their clients safety ahead of everything else. Thank You
