Sam & Ann have always been great and helpful to costumer. Just hoping i Remit pick up to Philippines will be back to normal very soon. I am happy with the service especially with my visa card. Thank you both.

But the problem was I didn't receive the remittance even after 10 days. I had to follow up multiple times and it took almost 3 weeks for me to finally receive the money.
Poor service. I agreed with the remittance lead time of 7 working days for bank to bank. Come back to me after 2 weeks, proposing to get my remittance to 'pick up anywhere.' I said no and give them few more days to get my bank to bank transfer done. It's frustrating that they couldn't deliver on their promised timeline.
