My dad died last September 2021. My mum bought their policy back in 2006. After waiting and waiting I noticed that the plaque was still not in place where his buried. It has been 7 months now and my Dad still doesn't have his plaque on his grave. We called and called InvoCare and just got excuses after excuses. They keep saying they are waiting for the plaque to arrive from India. Well it must have left India in 1990 by the speed their order has taken so far. Their advertising tells us how they respect and care for our dearly departed - rubbish, I would not even recommend this company to my worst enemy if I had any. Some of the staff came across as bored and quite rude when ringing to enquire about my Dad's plaque. We paid for dad to have some digging and it is still not done. The communication from this company is atrocious, they say oh we have sent an email, we have sent a letter, well you may have sent them but we didn't get them. As for their e-mails rubbish, never got any. They do not respect people's deceased relatives by sending communications in the mail, and when they claim to have sent an e-mail and Letter then asked - who did you send them to? Did you check that you sent them to the correct e-mail and street address? We were sick then as we are now of being told rubbish over the phone. Yes you speak to different person every time, So if you are a family that has recently lost someone and you are considering using InvoCare put my review into the balance and make up your own mind. Do they deserve your business? I think not. There are plenty of other better providers out there more than capable of providing the service we wanted. We just had the misfortune of thinking InvoCare was one of them!
