Been with these insurers for over 10 years but the service has a lot to be desired. I usually have an insurance rate to pay straight up on my annual application but my 2022 application is being reviewed (nothing has changed) and been waiting 2 weeks to pay. Disappointing
2nd edit, found out today this broker told me they had negotiated on my behalf for a better outcome when in fact the insurance provider had simply rectified an error resulting in the better outcome. …
